Talent, trained and placed.

A qualification is only half the journey. We help students find the right Australian training provider, we help skilled workers and trainees find work here, and we help employers fill the roles they cannot fill locally.

Path 01 · For students

The right course, at the right provider.

Choosing a course in Australia is the decision everything else rests on. We start there, and we stay with you until you are enrolled and studying.

Course and provider selection

We match you to a CRICOS-registered provider on what you have already studied, what you want to work as, and what you can realistically afford.

Applications and offers

We prepare and lodge the application, chase the provider, and explain every condition on the Letter of Offer before you sign anything.

Enrolment, CoE and OSHC

Acceptance forms, payment schedules, health cover and the Confirmation of Enrolment, handled in the right order and on time.

Course transfers

Already studying and it is not working? We assess whether a transfer is open to you and what the release rules mean in your case.

Documents, done properly

Every pack we send a provider carries your current visa evidence, so nothing stalls at the enrolment desk waiting on a document.

Straight answers on cost

Ask us what our service costs and what the provider charges. You get both in writing, before you commit to either.

Important

We are education agents. We do not provide immigration assistance and we cannot advise you on a visa application or guarantee a visa outcome. If you need advice about a visa, speak to a registered migration agent.

Path 02 · For workers and trainees

You have the skill. We find the employer.

Whether you are already in Australia or applying from your home country, the difficulty is the same: getting in front of an employer who will actually read your application.

Already in Australia

Onshore

You hold a visa with work rights and you want a role that uses your trade or your qualification instead of whatever you could get. Tell us what you hold, what you have done, and where you can travel to.

Applying from overseas

Offshore

You are outside Australia and looking for an employer willing to take on an overseas worker or trainee. We register your skills and put you forward when an employer is looking for exactly what you have.

Skills and credential review

We work out what you actually hold – qualifications, licences, tickets and experience – and what an Australian employer in your trade will ask to see.

Your evidence, prepared once

Qualifications, references, licences and current visa evidence assembled into one file we can send to any employer, instead of you rebuilding it for every application.

Employer matching

We put that file in front of employers who are looking for what you have, whether you are already in Australia or applying from your home country.

Introduction and interview

We prepare you for the employer's process and make the introduction. You then deal with the employer directly on the role, the pay and the conditions.

What our fee is for

We charge a professional service fee for the recruitment work set out above. You get the scope and the price in writing before you engage us, and our fees are set at market rates for that work.

The fee buys that service and nothing else. It is not a success fee – it does not rise, fall or depend on whether an employer offers you a role, whether you are nominated, or whether a visa is granted. We charge for the work we do.

It is not a payment for a sponsorship, a nomination or a visa – none of those is ours to sell, and no employer decision is ours to make. If anyone asks you to pay for a sponsorship or a nomination, that is an offence under the Migration Act 1958. Do not pay it.

We are recruiters, not migration agents. We do not lodge visa applications and we cannot advise you on your visa. Where a visa is needed, that is migration work and it must be handled by a registered migration agent.

What we recruit for

Four disciplines, onshore and overseas.

These are the areas we work in for both skilled workers and trainees. If your role sits close to one of them, ask us anyway.

Construction

Carpentry, bricklaying, concreting, plastering, painting and decorating, and general site work.

Healthcare

Aged care, disability support, personal care and nursing support roles.

Horticulture

Production and nursery horticulture, harvesting, packing and landscaping.

Hospitality

Commercial cookery, kitchen and front of house, and housekeeping.

Path 03 · For employers

Skilled workers and trainees, from two directions.

When the local market cannot fill a role, the choice is not between a good hire and a bad one. It is between a wider search and an empty seat.

Channel one

From within Australia

Non-citizens already here with work rights, including graduates finishing a trade or care qualification. Faster to start, and their qualification is Australian, so you know exactly what it means.

Channel two

From overseas

Skilled workers and trainees applying from their home country, screened before they reach you. Slower to start because a visa is involved, and suited to roles you need filled for the long term.

Skilled workers

Qualified, licensed and experienced people across construction, healthcare, horticulture and hospitality.

Trainees

People at the start of a trade or care career who want to be trained properly, for employers building a pipeline rather than filling one seat.

Work entitlement evidence

We ask every candidate for their current visa evidence before we put them forward, so you can run your own right-to-work check without delay.

Training your existing team

Where a staff member needs a formal qualification to progress, we find the provider, the funding pathway and the delivery mode that fits your roster.

The employer pathway

Six stages, in order.

  1. 01
    Role brief
The work, the site, the hours and the ticket requirements.
  2. 02
    Sourcing
Onshore candidates and overseas talent, run in parallel.
  3. 03
    Screening
Qualification, licences, experience and availability confirmed.
  4. 04
    Evidence pack
Qualification and current visa evidence sent with the shortlist.
  5. 05
    Introduction
You interview and you decide. You employ directly.
  6. 06
    Aftercare
We check in through the first weeks and fix problems early.

How we work

We introduce candidates to employers, who then employ them directly. We are not a labour hire provider and we do not supply on-hire workers to host businesses.

Where hiring someone from overseas requires a visa or a sponsorship approval, that is migration work. It must be handled by a registered migration agent, not by us. We recruit and prepare the candidate; the visa is a separate piece of work you arrange.

Recruitment costs stay with you. If you sponsor and nominate someone, regulation 2.87 of the Migration Regulations 1994 prohibits an approved work sponsor from transferring to, or recovering from, another person the costs of becoming or being a sponsor, the costs associated with a nomination including the nomination training contribution charge, and any cost that relates specifically to recruiting a non-citizen for that nomination. Our fee for recruiting a nominated worker is one of those costs. It is yours, and it cannot be passed on to the person you hire.

Path 04 · For education providers

An agent your admissions team will not have to chase.

Most agent friction is document friction. We send complete packs, we answer on the same day, and we reconcile commission on a schedule rather than on request.

Complete application packs

Identity, academic history, English evidence and current visa status in one submission, indexed and named so your team can process it.

Genuine student focus

We counsel students into courses that match their background and intentions. A student who should not be in your course is not a referral we want to make.

Standard 4 discipline

We work to the expectations the National Code 2018 places on education agents: a written agreement, accurate information, and no incentive to enrol a student in the wrong course.

Clean commission reconciliation

Monthly summaries reconciled against our own records, invoiced promptly, and queried in writing rather than months later.

Current network

We hold agency agreements with CRICOS-registered vocational and higher education providers, and we are extending the network. If you would like to discuss an agreement, write to [email protected] and we will send our agent profile.

About

Education and employment, under one roof.

Human Capital Australia Pty Ltd works from Southport on the Gold Coast, across education and workforce.

Most people who come to us are solving the same problem from different ends. A student needs a qualification that leads to work. A worker needs an employer who values the qualification they already hold. An employer needs someone who can do the job from the first week. A training provider needs students who belong in the course they enrolled in.

We sit in the middle of those four. That position only works if the information moving through it is accurate, so we would rather tell a student a course is wrong for them, or tell an employer a candidate is not ready, than make a placement that falls over a month later.
